CRSS approached me to redesign their interface for request processing. The challenge was to redesign the experience, which was previously defined by an outdated accordion method and little organization with regards to structure and color scheme. I introduced different colored tags according to work title, which indicated who had been assigned to which portion of the request. I also introduced a timeline to communicate chronological order and to indicate which portions of the request had been completed. Some other changes included pop-up / dialogue boxes for adding affected locations, account operation details, and making attachments and project team details always visible in the sidebar at all times.
